ContentArmor Joins Streaming Video Alliance

ContentArmor became an Principal Member of the Streaming Video Alliance on January 29th, 2018. Founded in 2014, the Streaming Video Alliance’s charter is to encourage deeper collaboration across the entire online video ecosystem, which will include the development of standards and best practices for an open architecture that will operate across the entire online video value chain. The Alliance is currently focused on identifying issues and solutions related to open architecture, quality of experience, and interoperability.
ContentArmor has joined the “Privacy and Protection” working group which defines best practices for safeguarding video content from unauthorized access or theft. The group will especially investigate how to accelerate the adoption of forensic watermarking technologies to deter premium content piracy.
ContentArmor is the First Watermark Vendor to Complete Cartesian’s Robustness Tests

ContentArmor is announcing that its video watermarking solution is the first one to complete Cartesian’s robustness evaluation. Cartesian’s thorough set of robustness tests has been defined in collaboration with content owners including major studios to benchmark watermarking solutions against common practices of pirates.
